We are an international, English-speaking church seeking to know Jesus Christ and make Him known.
Our church is made up of Icelanders and people from many nations and backgrounds, brought together by the gospel and committed to following Christ together.
Whether you have followed Jesus for many years, are returning to church, or are simply exploring Christianity, you are welcome to join us.

We want the good news of Christ's death and resurrection to shape how we speak, serve, disciple, show mercy, plant churches, and live before the world.

ROOM.
Loftstofan means “the upper room.”
Our name comes from Acts 1, where the disciples gathered together in the upper room after Christ's ascension and devoted themselves to prayer.
That picture has helped shape the kind of church we desire to be: dependent upon God, devoted to Christ, committed to one another, and ready to take the gospel wherever He sends us.
